Huble Digital appreciates and understands the importance to clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders, in entrusting us on a day-to-day basis to manage some of their most critical and sensitive business information throughout the exceptional service offering which we have become well known amongst the HubSpot Solutions Partner Program for.
To be able to demonstrate this to our clients and other stakeholders, Huble Digital began implementing an information security management system along with best-practice policies and procedures to ISO 27001:2013 standards in October 2020, which were independently audited and achieved certified against ISO 27001:2013 standards in October 2021. In November 2023 Huble upgraded to the more recent ISO 27001:2022 certification which is more in line with current cybersecurity trends and practices.
The International Organization for Standardisation (ISO) is an independent, non-governmental international organization with a membership of national standards bodies. ISO/IEC 42001:2023 is the world's first international standard for artificial intelligence management systems (AIMS).
It provides a certifiable framework for governing how organizations develop, provide and use AI — setting out requirements for accountability, risk and impact assessment, human oversight, transparency, and continual improvement. Where ISO/IEC 27001:2022 governs information security and ISO 9001:2015 governs quality, ISO/IEC 42001:2023 governs the responsible management of AI.
Huble Digital is certified to ISO/IEC 42001:2023. Certification required Huble to demonstrate an effective AI management system — one that guides how we evaluate opportunities, identify and manage risks, monitor outcomes, and continually strengthen our approach as the technology and regulatory landscape evolve.

Our clients increasingly want to use AI across marketing, sales, service and wider front-office operations — and they need confidence that it is being introduced thoughtfully, with appropriate safeguards in place.
Our ISO/IEC 42001:2023 certification shows our clients that we govern AI systematically at Huble. The services and solutions we deliver using AI are supported by defined controls, clear accountability, and an ongoing process for identifying, assessing and managing risk — including when deploying AI in platforms such as HubSpot.
Certification does not make the risks associated with AI disappear. What it provides is a recognised framework for assessing those risks and making informed decisions about how best to respond — and a disciplined way to strengthen that approach over time. For Huble, this is a natural extension of our commitment to embracing change and solving for the customer.
"Leading the way for our Elite Tier of Partners, Huble Digital has raised the bar in terms of what the expectation of engagement is for our Partners in the Enterprise space."
