Only 28.5% felt moderately prepared to deploy AI from a data perspective, and 8.6% described their organisation as fully AI-ready.
Leaders are approving AI pilots and budgets, while the teams expected to deliver them work with fragmented systems, inconsistent records, and limited governance.
That gap between ambition and operational reality is the report's central finding.
