Last week our team travelled across the pond over to Boston, USA, for HubSpot's annual conference - INBOUND. Over 26,000 marketing, sales and customer service experts converged on Boston for three days of thought leadership, inspiration, education and networking. 

On the first official day of the event, we listened to keynote speeches from Brian Halligan, co-founder and CEO of HubSpot, and Dharmesh Shah, co-founder and CTO of HubSpot. You can view both speeches below.   

"When I look at all these experience disruptors, they have great products but even better experiences." - Brian Halligan.

In this keynote speech, Brian Halligan talks about how the big market disruptors of the past leveraged technology to focus explicitly on delivering an excellent and seamless customer experience to drive business growth. Check it out.

 

"For me, there are a few things that scare the life out of me." - Dharmesh Shah. 

In this introspective keynote speech, Dharmesh Shah talks about what happens when people (himself included) face their fears - both personal and professional - in order to develop and grow, as well as how the same process can be applied to building a company.

 

 

"See at HubSpot, our mission is to help you grow better and to do that we need to know from you what that's going to take." - Christopher O'Donnell, Senior VP of Product at HubSpot. 

And - finally - we have this keynote speech from Christoper O'Donnell who talks about the latest and greatest HubSpot product updates - from increasing the speed of the platform and merging workflows to multi-touch attribution reporting and free ads in the CRM.
