Last week our team travelled across the pond over to Boston, USA, for HubSpot's annual conference - INBOUND. Over 26,000 marketing, sales and customer service experts converged on Boston for three days of thought leadership, inspiration, education and networking. 

On the first official day of the event, we listened to keynote speeches from Brian Halligan, co-founder and CEO of HubSpot, and Dharmesh Shah, co-founder and CTO of HubSpot. You can view both speeches below.

In this keynote speech, Brian Halligan talks about how the big market disruptors of the past leveraged technology to focus explicitly on delivering an excellent and seamless customer experience to drive business growth. Check it out.

In this introspective keynote speech, Dharmesh Shah talks about what happens when people (himself included) face their fears - both personal and professional - in order to develop and grow, as well as how the same process can be applied to building a company.

And - finally - we have this keynote speech from Christoper O'Donnell who talks about the latest and greatest HubSpot product updates - from increasing the speed of the platform and merging workflows to multi-touch attribution reporting and free ads in the CRM.
