Are you ready to kickstart your career in digital? Our graduate programme launches in Cape Town on the 26th of September 2022 — and there’s still some time left to apply!

Following the success of our 2021 Graduate Programme, we are launching another one to round off a prosperous 2022. Our Grad Programme aims to help those freshly out of varsity to jump-start their career in digital. Our mission is to help train and grow the next generation of business specialists by providing a well-rounded experience of life in a digital consultancy.

As a Triple Elite HubSpot partner, we can provide grads with a chance to find their niche and learn from experts who bring a wealth of experience to any project. Sound exciting? Let’s unpack some of the questions you might have before applying to the programme.

What will the Grad Programme involve?

The programme will take place over 13 weeks, from 26 September to 23 December 2022. Reflecting Huble’s hybrid working culture, the programme is run both online and offline. Depending on the day, you might attend the programme from home, or be required to visit the Cape Town office in person.

We plan to welcome 12 budding graduates, who will be trained in all areas of digital at Huble. Candidates will rotate across multiple departments — Client Services, Development, HubSpot consultancy, Design & Content, SEO & Paid Media — to find the one that is best suited to their skillset and passion.

Candidates will also receive their own personal mentor that will help train, support and guide them towards a role that will suit them best at Huble.

We’re looking for…

The ideal candidate should have recently graduated in any of the following fields: marketing, science, maths, business, analytics, development, design, or something similar. No degree? No problem. Apply if you have at least one year of business experience.

The ideal Hublet should have a go-getter attitude, be adaptable, and enjoy working in fast-paced environments. They should be a team-player and have strong Emotional Intelligence. We require our Hublets to be organised, have the ability to multitask and meet strict deadlines in order to be successful.
