How much does HubSpot in Singapore cost?

I’ve been working with Huble Digital and using HubSpot for 6 years now and in that time I’ve attended INBOUND (HubSpot’s annual conference) 5 times, travelled across Europe, and worked with HubSpot in Asia.

And what I can say is this: I honestly love (like, really love) being a part of the HubSpot partner community.

The HubSpot partner community is unique. It may be comprised of agencies that are all, technically, competitors, but every single one is committed to helping, educating and learning from each other – all for the sake of growing and being better.  

There are nearly 4,000 HubSpot agencies worldwide and of the 55,000 customers HubSpot has, many of them choose to work with HubSpot partner agencies. Interestingly, the companies that get the best results from HubSpot are those that work closely with HubSpot partners (this includes onboarding and ongoing service delivery).

Why am I telling you this? Well, one of the things that HubSpot agencies are fantastic at is ‘HubSpot support’.

What do I mean by HubSpot support?

We (Huble Digital) describe HubSpot support as: “helping companies to use HubSpot better”.

HubSpot can cost more than other solutions – sure – but it’s filled with brilliant features that can be used to help grow a business and delight its customers.

The issue, however, is that many companies only use about 50% of it. This is either because they don’t have the internal resource or don’t know how to use the tool to its potential.

But that’s where a HubSpot partner can help you.

Many HubSpot partners worldwide offer HubSpot support services – these services can include everything from helping you to use HubSpot better to developing new campaigns. Here are a few case study examples to give you an idea:

So how much does HubSpot support cost?

Every HubSpot agency has its own price and way of working with clients.

At Huble Digital – for example – we have different agreements with clients based on their HubSpot and/or Inbound Marketing requirements. Our ‘standard’ HubSpot support agreements usually consist of a ‘bucket of hours’ per month or quarter.

For example, you could purchase, say, 20-30 hours of monthly HubSpot support from us. Your team can use these 30 hours as they wish – i.e. they can ask us to build web pages or workflows – enabling them to focus on other marketing and sales activities.

These support activities will be carried out by our team of HubSpot and Inbound Marketing specialists – all of whom have several years' experience using HubSpot (which is a hard thing to find) and are among the most experienced marketers worldwide.

Our standard HubSpot support package costs between $175 and $225 SG dollars per hour based on activity. 

Why our cost can be higher than other agencies in Singapore

We probably cost a little more than other HubSpot agencies in Singapore, but it's important to understand the factors that influence the cost of our HubSpot support. 

Diamond-tier partner

HubSpot Partners are tiered based on how many HubSpot customers they help support and onboard with the platform.

The tiers (from top to bottom) are Diamond, Platinum, Gold and Silver.

We're a HubSpot Diamond Partner - the highest tier - and with over 4,000 HubSpot partners worldwide, being in this puts us in the top 2% of HubSpot partners globally. This brings a certain level of experience, quality and know-how when it comes to utilising the tool to help your business grow. 

Number of HubSpot licences and successful implementations 

To maintain our HubSpot Diamond Partner tier, we have to sell or maintain a specific quantity of HubSpot licences.

This means we have to ensure every implementation of the software is successful - which can sometimes be incredibly technical. As a result, we've seen most circumstances that can come up and dealt with them efficiently. 

Employee experience 

The HubSpot tool is huge, has an incredible amount of features and is constantly changing.

At Huble Digital, many of our employees have been using HubSpot for more than 5 years. So compared to those who have used it for just a year or two, our team has both knowledge and insight which can only be gained by working with the software for a few years. 

Client retention

At Huble Digital, we have several clients with whom we have worked with for a long period of time. Typically, agency and client relationships only last a few months or a couple of years at most, but we've had clients stay with us for over 10 years.
