Huble Digital acquires bubblebridge: Your questions answered

3 min read

Rebecca

Huble Digital has this week completed the acquisition of bubblebridge interactive GmbH, a Diamond-tier HubSpot Partner based in Munich, Germany.

Want to know how this might impact you and your business? Read through our latest FAQs below.

How will this impact Huble’s HubSpot partner Tier status?

In the near future, Huble and bubblebridge will combine their respective HubSpot accounts, this will combine our recorded number of customers and improve our Tier status with HubSpot.

How will this impact current bubblebridge customers?

We are not planning any changes to the German team support structure, other than providing more support through the group.

We have already added several team members and are starting a new recruitment programme for Huble Digital GmbH.

What will happen to the existing Huble Digital UG?

Huble’s Meersburg-based business will be merged with the business in Munich, which will take over our key location in Germany. Details on our website and elsewhere will be updated to reflect the Central Munich address as the primary Huble Germany office.

Will the Huble ISO/IEC 27001 security accreditation be applied to the Munich Office?

Yes, Huble’s ISO accreditation will apply to the Munich office as soon as possible. We have already started this process.

What roles will bubblebridge Managing Directors Amy Dwyer and Anthony O’Connor have in Huble Digital?

Amy Dwyer and Anthony O’Connor are incredibly experienced and exceptionally talented businesspeople. Having them on the Huble team to help build and develop the business is key to our future development in Europe and internationally.

Anthony becomes Chief Growth Officer for the Huble Digital Group. He will have a key role in helping to manage and develop our existing business.

Amy becomes Chief Solutions Officer for the Huble Digital Group. She will play a key role in our international client support team.

How and when will the Huble and bubblebridge teams be integrated?

Over the next few months, we will evaluate processes, methodologies and structures and then begin integrating the team once we know how this will have the maximum positive impact on our combined customers.

Will the bubblebridge team have access to Huble teams like developers, and will the current Huble team have access to bubblebridge resources?

The intention is to continue to grow the number of employees in all regions to support our growth targets. The bubblebridge team in Germany will have access to all resources and skill sets at Huble. Likewise, Huble customers that need support in Germany will have access to these.

How will Huble's agility be impacted by the additional team? Will Huble still be able to adapt to (political, economic, social, technological, legal & environmental) change requirements?

In the immediate future, Huble will continue to operate, innovate and evolve as we have to date. When bubblebridge fully integrate with Huble, with highly skilled people including Amy and Anthony joining the team, we expect that we will be able to achieve even more and innovate further.
