How can we get our brand recognised?

Celebrus (now part of D4T4 Solutions Plc) was respected amongst its customers for being a powerful customer analytics tool — but it wanted to increase the strength of the brand in B2B retail, technology and marketing industries.

The brand was unrivalled for its powerful data analytics, customer journey and experience mapping, and omni-channel marketing technology.

As it looked to raise the brand profile to potential investors, Celebrus wanted to boost the profile of its business leaders and showcase customer success. 

The goal was to create and secure media placement of high quality thought leadership content that complemented the outstanding technology. 

Becoming a household name

Celebrus wanted to become renowned for the provision of high quality, highly-detailed customer data analytics. 

If most customer data analytics software are hose pipes — Celebrus is a fire hose!

To match this ambition, the Huble Digital team developed a campaign that created unique content, took advantage of media opportunities and tracked industry events for Celebrus to support. 

By securing monthly bylined thought leadership articles and engaging in continuous media relations — article commentary, journalist interviews, promotion of key industry topics — Celebrus spokespeople went from sitting on the bench to being key players in the industry.

Celebrus had built a successful and satisfied customer base. The next step was to promote this success to the B2B retail, marketing and technology media.

Working with Celebrus’ key partner, Teradata, the Huble Digital PR team developed a market research project that provided both businesses with unique business insight and PR/marketing content. 

This joint project further strengthened ties between the two businesses.

A strategic PR campaign that involved regular content and proactive media engagement was invaluable to building brand awareness in a highly competitive marketplace. 

The content needed to be of the highest quality; therefore employing the expertise of our Head of Content, who is a former IT magazine editor with over 30 years' experience, was essential.  

Carefully balanced articles that addressed the key industry issues allowed the team to respond quickly to media opportunities — often going beyond expectations of the client and journalists.
