We worked closely with the British Council from the very beginning, starting with a discovery phase to understand their goals, challenges, and vision for the future. After gathering insights from stakeholders across the organization, we designed a customized solution built on HubSpot Marketing Hub.
This solution was aimed at helping the British Council achieve global consistency in their marketing efforts while allowing for regional flexibility, something critical for an organization operating across so many diverse markets.
The solution involved several key components:

But beyond the numbers and awards, this project was personal for our team. Looking back at the early days, one moment stands out. Just three weeks into the project in March 2022, we were invited to London to meet the client in person at a major event with representatives from different regions.
Our team of three, a Lead Consultant with a strong academic background, a former Formula E Engineer turned Project Manager, and a Data Engineer working as a Solutions Architect, headed to London. Naturally, it had to be us. When you put three perfectionists on a project, there’s no way we’d miss the chance to meet the client in person and start building that relationship from day one.
Meeting the British Council team face-to-face helped us build real connections and exchange ideas that shaped the project’s direction. Over time, the distinction between "the Huble team" and "the British Council team" faded, and we became fully embedded in the project, working so closely with them that we often spent more time together than with our own Huble colleagues.
That strong partnership was key to our success. Our shared commitment to getting things right and working as one team made all the difference.
