Huble has announced that CEO and co-founder Daryn Smith has stepped aside from the CEO role, with Rebecca Harris appointed Chief Executive.
The transition reflects the stage Huble has reached as a global consultancy, one that now requires clear operational leadership to support scale, consistency, and execution across regions, while continuing to invest in innovation and strategic direction. Daryn will remain closely involved in the business as a Director and strategic advisor, focusing on areas where his strengths have always had the greatest impact: innovation, vision, and the evolution of Huble’s approach within the HubSpot ecosystem. After more than a decade deeply involved in the day-to-day running of the business, the shift allows greater focus on shaping what comes next.
Rebecca steps into the CEO role after seven years with Huble, most recently as Group Chief Operating Officer. During that time, she has led the integration of Huble’s international operations, bringing seven regional businesses together into a single, globally aligned organisation built around a shared delivery methodology.
That work has underpinned Huble’s organic growth, strengthened cultural alignment across teams, and helped establish the business as one of HubSpot’s most trusted global partners - culminating in Huble being named HubSpot Global Partner of the Year 2024.
Group Chair Bob Dearsley said the appointment reflects both the scale of the opportunity ahead and the leadership needed to realise it:
"The Board all believe that Rebecca is the right person to lead Huble through its next phase of growth. Her drive, enthusiasm and business acumen are what we need now to help us to further expand our international consulting business.”
For Rebecca, the focus is firmly on building strong foundations.
"This is an incredible opportunity to lead and take Huble up to the next level. With an established and fully integrated business we are one of the very few HubSpot Partners with the expertise and reach to help our enterprise-scale clients to implement and grow sophisticated HubSpot CRM solutions in North America, EMEA and Asia-Pac.
The leadership change is designed to provide continuity for customers and partners, while sharpening Huble’s ability to execute at scale - supporting enterprise organisations across North America, EMEA, and Asia-Pacific as they implement and grow complex HubSpot CRM platforms.
Daryn added that the transition is a natural step for the business:
“First of all, I congratulate Rebecca on her new role as CEO of Huble. It’s recognition of the role Rebecca already plays in the business and a critical step in preparing us to scale and maximise our potential in the year ahead. My strengths lie in innovation, vision and strategy - and I look forward to supporting Becky and the rest of the team with this moving forwards.”
Huble’s strategy, leadership team, and commitment to customers remain unchanged - with the evolution designed to strengthen how the business grows, innovates and delivers globally.
