With their previous website hosted on another platform, but a desire to switch to HubSpot, Core took the chance to give their website a refresh from top to bottom.
As a Microsoft Cloud Managed Service Partner, specialising in Microsoft 365 technology, the client had plenty of insightful content and resources — they just needed a functional, clean website to display it all.
Core kept the content production in-house, working around wireframes provided by Huble to produce content going forward.
The Huble team put together a Growth-Driven Design proposal that included a new website build and content migration, alongside providing HubSpot support and training.
With the task of launching in less than 3 months, a shorter-than-usual time frame, the team worked with Core in a kick-off meeting to agree on timelines and prioritise key pages.
The Huble team produced a refreshed sitemap outlining the new website structure, including the number of page functionality.
The look and feel of the site was to completely change, with new branding and colour scheme.
Huble used HubSpot template packs to keep high-lead-time design elements simpler. The team chose the perfect template pack for Core, using on-brand modules for a range of page layouts. These modules were then formatted around a fully custom wireframe specific to Core’s needs.
Huble’s design team rebranded the template to match the new Core CI, ensuring attractiveness and consistency.
Huble used the template pack to create pages that were then populated with content and imagery from the client. This ensured the timeline of less than 3 months was met.
As part of the Growth Driven Design offering Huble also edited page names and structure to be focused on buyer personas and less about the product. Keywords were also optimised from the new web copy to match the challenges of buyer personas rather than just product copy.
These included custom forms at the bottom of product pages; features focused on ‘HubSpot hand raisers’ to streamline leads and plenty of conversion opportunities on new built pages to focus on generating leads.
The Huble team also built out live chat. Part of Core’s original problem was using a separate provider for this. By using HubSpot’s bot addition, they were able to save money.
Core received many misdirected inquiries due to similarly named companies. To address this, the team created chat streams to qualify leads and save time for the sales team.
Customer satisfaction software was also integrated into the new site.
