Smovin is a property management application created in Belgium in 2017.

They propose to help tenants manage their properties through a user-friendly platform that simplifies rental management tasks.

Thanks to its array of features and a smooth interface, Smovin offers its users a single source of information facilitating the daily management of their properties, while saving them a lot of time.

The challenge

Smovin’s goal was to build its reputation and visibility, while simultaneously growing its number of users on the platform.

Therefore, the objective of the mission was twofold: First develop the visibility of Smovin to its target audience and then, subsequently, convert those people into clients.

The solution

We started with a long-term, multi-channel ad strategy that was regularly optimised over the months.

Efforts were first focused on Facebook campaigns to attract potential users to the platform.  Following this, we launched SEA campaigns to increase the consideration and conversion.
